Customers are advised to review the confirmation for accuracy and contact the travel agency immediately if any discrepancies are found.
Customers can cancel their booking within a specified timeframe to be eligible for a refund. Customer is liable for any transaction charges associated with the refund process.
Non-refundable components: Some travel arrangements, such as non-refundable flights or hotel reservations, may not be eligible for a refund.

Customers can request modifications to their bookings, such as changing travel dates, accommodations, or adding services.
